How Essential Is The Water To Our Body?

Water is fundamental to our lives; maybe we completely forget that we depend on it. Our survival is dependent on it. Water has been ranked by experts as second only to oxygen as essential for our life. We need lots of fresh water to stay healthy. Aside from aiding in digestion and absorption of food, water regulates body temperature and blood circulation, carries nutrients and oxygen to cells, and removes toxins and other wastes.

It is recommended that we must have an allowance of eight 8 oz glasses of water daily. We first may think it’s too much, until we think about all of the liquid we consume. We normally consume 64 ounces or more. So we need to drink more water.

We do physical activities everyday. We run, walk, play, swim, and do many other physical demanding activities. We can’t do these activities without the proper functioning of our body. In order to perform and replenish such activities, we need more than the usual 64 ounce requirement. We’ve expended more than our usual amount when our body had to sweat in order to keep us cool.

Every process in our body occurs in water medium. We can exist without food for 2 months or more, but we can only survive for a few days without water.

If you’re not drinking sufficient water, your body starts retaining water to compensate for this shortage. If you don’t drink water to maintain your body’s fluid balance, you can impair every aspect of your body’s physical functions. I know these sounds strange, but, to eliminate the fluid retention, drink more water.

Truly water is essential to our body. Drink more water and have a healthy life.

A Healthy Me….

I’m just an ordinary woman who loves to eat. I just eat and eat, and oh! My friends told me that I was fat! So I freaked out and started to hate myself. Frankly, I was worried… “What if, no guy will ever want me anymore?!” Gosh! That will be a big problem in the future. So being paranoid about my figure I started to stop myself from eating my favorite foods. I think I had lost about 40 pounds in weight.

But I never noticed that I was also losing my energy and resistance to fight sickness. I realized I had no protection from virus and bacteria so I easily got sick. It seems like I was always going to the clinic to have a check-up, to find out what was wrong, or what I’m lacking.

Funny thing is, my doctor corrected me about my wrong method of dieting. He told me that I was losing all the nutrients that my body already had, and that I was not eating foods which are rich in vitamins and minerals. Then he informed me about healthy dieting, exercise, and taking vitamins.

Then I started eating healthy foods and exercising. I also started surfing the internet to find the best vitamins. I have found many different kinds of vitamins that could possibly bring back my health.

So I order and started taking vitamins. After many months of following my doctor’s advice about a healthy diet and taking vitamins, I have noticed a change in my health. I am staying much healthier and have a lot more energy!

The fact now is, I’m not fat. Yeah!.. (OK, so I’m definitely not thin but am a healthy me.) Thank you to my doctor for the great advice and for the sites that really helped me choose the best vitamins.

I want to share my favorite.

Do I need vitamins? Great question..!

Silly, of course you do. We all do. We’d be weak, frail, and sick every time we turn around. I think the real question is, what kind of vitamins do I need to take, what are the best.

Everyone can benefit from taking vitamins. And I KNOW that liquid vitamins provide the most absorbable vitamins you can get. Everyone would do well to be using liquid vitamins

Then, how much? This gets interesting. Obviously, there is a minimum level of vitamins our bodies require to basically exist. What you really want is an incredibly healthy life, energy and stamina. You want healthy kids who don’t bring home the nasty bugs from school. You want to keep your work sick-days for holiday time

Can you get all you need from food? Oops. Food production nowadays is different from the past. Our food is deficient in many essential vitamins and minerals. The fields have just given their best already…and the chemicals we add. Let’s don’t go there.

And what about our BIG PROBLEM? Time. We are in such rush today and many of us practically live on fast food. Do you think you get the nutrients you need from such food? Well, your’re getting something, but I guarantee, it is not exactly what you want! Taking liquid vitamins is a wonderful way to get all the vitamins and minerals you need each day.

(Note to self: Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a good diet. Eating three well-balanced meals per day, and two healthy snacks is the best way to be healthy).

Quality, natural liquid vitamins are a bit tougher to find than the pressed chemicals that flood the store shelves. You have got to love the internet! Online saves us all – convenient, price comparisons, and no sales tax!

Liquid Essentials produces a quality product. I’ve even seen them used with sick people to build their immune systems. That impresses me. I love these. Kids too- they are safe for kids over 3 – and they love the taste!

Liquid Essentials...A Key for Good Health

I started thinking the other day. How healthy am I….really. I mean, am I getting everything my body needs to be really healthy?

I think most of us do not know the true status of our health. We ignore our health because of our busy work and we even sometimes skip eating meals. Stress drains our body’s resources. And I know our foods are just not as healthy as in the ‘old days’. I’m starting to think organic…. But that’s another topic.

Because of stress and poor diet habits, I know we need nutritional supplements to bridge the gap. And frankly, I wonder about what the government calls RDA - to meet the minimum daily needed vitamins and minerals of our body. If they have it pegged, why do they keep changing (increasing) the numbers. Have you watched the calcium figures??? I mean are we even getting enough vitamins to be healthy?

Supplements like liquid vitamins are more widely used now than before. I’m on that bandwagon too. Liquid Vitamins are much more absorbable. You don’t waste any of it, and can literally feel the difference. I found a great product called Liquid Essentials. It increases my energy, my mental awareness, and I think even helps my workout.

Tastes great…not like vitamins. More like a fruit juice with a bit of tang. Check it out.
